After the crash, blood was taken from Eliseo Garza and according to Texas Department of Public Safety, Garza's blood alcohol level was .136.  The legal limit is .08. The 17 year old is charged with two counts of intonation manslaughter. That's a second-degree felony.  The arrest was made this morning and Garza is being held in the Jones County Jail on a hundred thousand dollar bond.

And the case will be prosecuted in Jones County, even thought the investigation was handled by APD.

After the arrest was made the family of the girls who died in the crash were notified by the APD. We spoke to them and they say the arrest brings back the same emotions as the day they found out the crash happened.

Breana's dad says the girls, Breana and Elxus were inseparable in life. The wounds are still fresh and the news today brought all of them back.

Both families know today's news is just the beginning and that there is much more to come.

As the the investigation into the crash continues, they will continue to strong.
