Weekend Events Have Abilene Hotels Booked

By: Natalie Ferrari
Updated: May 7, 2012
This coming weekend is going to be a busy one for many hotels and businesses in Abilene.

Since both the Western Heritage Classic event and all three university graduations are happening this weekend, most hotels are already completely booked in Abilene.

Some have been booked as early as last year and have had to send a number of people to Sweetwater for accommodations.

If you have family coming into town who are looking, one option is to check with a hotel as the weekend nears and see if others have cancelled a reservation.
