Finding time to hit the gym can be difficult with a busy schedule.
At Abilene's Law Enforcement Center, a group of city employees have found a way to balance work, and working out.

"A lot of times we cant get away during work during the 8 hour day and you're stuck at your desk and it's just busy," Says Sheriff's Secretary Marianne Trail

Trail is a wife and mother with 2 jobs and very little time left over. It's the same story with many of her coworkers.
Now a new program lets a fitness instructor  whip them into shape during their lunch hour.

"They said do you want to teach yoga at the police department? And I said..sure!" Says Fitness Instructor Jess Nichols

Nichols teaches yoga and weight training classes for city employees Monday through Wednesday.

"Physical fitness is important to everybody and a lot of the women we have here work at desks or are dispatchers. You get cramped and you need to move and it's a great way to be able to get out of your desk..go and work out ..and go straight back without having to leave the area," Nichols Explains.

She says many employees enjoy the comfort and convenience of being at work and surrounded by people they know.
For Trail and many others the classes allow them to maintain their busy lives, and stay healthy.

"It's hard to make an excuse not to come on Mondays and Wednesdays," Says Trail.

Those were the skinniest fittest women I ever seen! All these stories about obesity in America and we still can't find any overweight people who want to exercise! Obese people need nutrition to lose weight. Fast food has no nutrition and causes obesity! Studies prove diet sodas cause weight gain, our water is contaminated with chemicals toxins, big food corps alter and strip nutrition from everything...say no to aspartame, bleached white flour, partially hydrogenated trans-fats, msg, autolyzed yeast extract, high fructose corn syrup, Vitamin D3, propylene glycol, artificial sweeteners, colours and additives which cause hormone and gland shutdown, diabetes, and more! Nutrition = fitness. Lose weight by clean water, nutritious fruits and veges! Change is possible
