A documentary highlighting the dangers of the Mexican drug war makes its way into Abilene this weekend, and you have a chance to meet with the film's creator later today.

Filmmaker Charlie Minn will hold a free discussion on the drug war at the Abilene Public Library beginning at 5 p.m.

Minn will show clips of his film "Murder Capital of the World," answer questions and hand out movie passes to the documentary.

The film opens Friday at the Mall of Abilene for a minimum one-week run.
