KRBC AM Forecast: Thursday, May 10, 2012

Flash Flood Watch from 7am Thursday until 7am Friday.

Heavy rain will move back into the area later this morning and afternoon as an upper level system crosses the area.  The rain will stick around for a good portion of the day and into the overnight hours.  Rainfall totals across the Big Country will range from generally 1-3" with locally heavier amounts possible especially to the South.  Expect highs in the lower 70's.

Rain continues overnight.  Lows in the mid to upper 50's.

The system will begin to lift out on Friday.  Rain will continue for the first portion of the day.  Highs will remain in the lower 70's with mostly cloudy skies.

We'll begin to clear out this weekend.  Temperatures will return to the mid to upper 70's.

Another slight chance for showers and storms by the first of next week.
