Thursday's precipitation dropped about 1 inch of rain across all of Abilene.

The official measure from the weather reporting station at Abilene Regional Airport was .89 inches.

The Abilene Fire Department measures the rain at the eight fire stations around the city, and the lowest total they reported was .9 inched at fire station eight on Buffalo Gap Road.

The biggest total was 1.15 inches at fire station seven on North Tenth Street.

The other stations all measured about one inch of rain from the Thursday storm.

City workers monitor the level at Lake Fort Phantom every day.

It will take a few days to determine how much the cities' primary water source will get from Thursday's rain.
