Primary Voting Underway

The polls are open once again Monday morning as early voting for another round of elections begins.
Included in the local elections is the big race for Taylor County Sheriff, as incumbent Les Bruce faces challengers Ricky Bishop and Art Casarez.
There are three people running for Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 Place 1: John Cummins, Lydia Long, and Mike McAuliffe.
In the race for County Constable Precinct 1, it's incumbent Larry Gill versus Billy Spears.
Incumbent Taylor County GOP Chair Joy Ellinger faces challengers Pat Hippely and Frank Beckendorf for the same position.
The race for US House of Representatives in District 11 sees incumbent Mike Conaway go up against Wade Brown and Chris Younts.
US House of Representatives District 13 pits incumbent Mac Thornberry against Pamela Lee Barlow, while incumbent Randy Neugebauer faces off against Chris Winn for District 19.
In the race for State Representative in District 59, incumbent Sid Miller faces challengers Mike Jones and J.D. Sheffield.
Incumbent Robert Duncan squares off against E.M. Garza for District 28 State Senator, and Marty Rowley battles Anette Carlisle for the State Board of Education seat in District 15.
