A Brown County Sheriff's Office investigator arrested 17-year-old Jeffery Wayne Allen after a pedestrian stop.

According to the report, the officer was driving down an alley in the area of Sunset Terrace when he saw Allen standing with a paper bag and a camera.

When Allen saw the officer, he began to walk away which the investigator found suspicious, the report states. During a consensual conversation, the officer asked what Allen was doing and he stated that he was waiting for his cousin, according to the report.

After asking if he had anything illegal on him, Allen said yes and surrendered a quantity of methamphetamine.

Allen was arrested for possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1 greater than 1 gram and less than 4 grams and an outstanding warrant.
