An Abilene couple who police say left an 8-year-old boy in the car while they were in a night club were indicted today.

A Taylor County grand jury indicted 30-year-old Jennifer Engel and 30-year-old Brady Holder, who are both charged with endangerment of a child.

Witnesses told police they were inside the club for up to 45 minutes in December of last year while the 8-year-old was left in a car that was not running.

It was about 37 degrees at the time.
