More information is surfacing about a woman who was charged with causing the death of an Abilene man.

Deborah Ann Gant was working at the Abilene State Supported Living Center when court documents say she failed to notify the proper medical personnel of Mario Martinez's changing conditions that led to his death.

Martinez reportedly had ineffective breathing along with other abdomen problems.

Although his symptoms worsened throughout the night in question, a physician was reportedly not notified until the next morning.
