Look at a grill and you can almost smell charcoal cooked barbecue
The reason charcoal is so popular is because it has that traditional flavor you can't get anywhere else.

But the sweet aroma emitted by a grill is accompanied by tiny soot particles that pollute the air and your lungs.

But there are certain types of grills than burn cleaner than other, like a gas grill, which is more efficient and cooks in half the time.

Electric or gas grills emit about 90% less carbon dioxide than charcoal grills and only cost about a hundred dollars more.

This choice can be a big help during the biggest grilling season.

Another simple ways of keeping grilling its greenest is to clean your grill after every use to reduce emissions.
