It's going to be a partly cloudy and warm Friday, as highs should approach 90 with south winds at 10-15 mph. A stray storm is possible North of the area.
A few clouds will stick around tonight as lows near 70.
Warming conditions are in store for the weekend, with highs in the low to mid 90s and a mix of sun and clouds.
Temperatures look to remain in the low to mid 90s heading into next week with lows in the lower 70s.
Slight rain chances work into the area by the middle of the week.
