Breathing, you do it everyday and some senior citizens say they are getting slimmer from it.

It's called oxycising- an exercise all about breathing to lose weight.

This group of senior citizens vouch for it. They've been oxycising for more than a month now and say its a great way for seniors to get in shape.

Juanita Rodriguez, 83, says it's even helped with her breathing problems.

The exercise combines deep breathing to boost the metabolism while working arms, abs and legs for an overall workout.

It's not the most scientifically proven form of exercise, but this group does not seem to mind.
