Kids Village Shows Us The Latest In Indoor And Outdoor Summer Fun Toys

With the heat of summer upon us and school being out children of all
ages are looking for fun activities to keep them busy. We visited with
one of Abilene's go to children's stores to see the latest items for
children to play with indoors and out.
Anne Pierce with Kids Village says, "Well for sure the kids love to come in here and play and part of that is to let parents and grandparents see what their kids like to play with. Right now with summer outdoor activities and outdoor toys are a lot of fun. We do a lot of the ride-a-longs. Some of the ride-a-longs can be indoors and can be outdoors as well."
She adds, "That's one of the things I love about the Abilene community is that we do have to be creative with our kids to keep them entertained but it is also okay for the kids to learn to entertain themselves without it being a computer or video game."
