Brownwood residents are working to repair the damage and remove debris scattered by the gusty winds from Monday night's storms.

High winds knocked down trees and power lines in Brownwood.

Utility crews rushed out to repair the downed power lines and get the electric service restored as quickly as possible.

Power was out for some customers for a few hours.

City crews are offering to pick the broken tree limbs in the city for no cost for the next couple of days.
