Homa Bash

Homa began her career producing the 5 p.m. news at the NBC affiliate in Bend, Oregon after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas with degrees in Broadcast Journalism, Middle East Studies & Political Science.

Before moving to Abilene, Homa was working as a web and assignment desk editor at the ABC affiliate in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

During college, Homa interned at KFSM in Fayetteville, Arkansas and CNN's Election Center in New York during the 2008 Presidential race. She also spent semesters studying abroad in London and Cairo.

Born in India and raised in Oklahoma, Homa is lucky to always have the support of her incredible family -- two wonderful parents, four brothers and three sister-in-laws.

A self-proclaimed "news junkie," Homa is happy to call the Big Country her new home.
