A teenager was arrested for firing a gun in the air early Monday morning.
Abilene police arrested 17-year-old Jose Luis Moreno and charged him with discharge of a firearm in a municipality.
According to a police report, just after midnight on Monday, several shots were fired in the 1300 block of Orange Street in north Abilene.
Moreno left the scene, but was located and arrested on the 1500 block of Kirkwood.

I witnessed this inccident happening and was furious of how reckless and neglegent these actions were i could not see who it was because of how dark it was but i did see muzzle flashes, and shell casings were found all over, some in my yard. people need to realize what danger they are putting other people in when they do stupid things such as this
