Bruner Toyota of Brownwood, Texas is proud to have received the Toyota President's Award for 2011. The Toyota President's Award is presented each year to dealerships who have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining Toyota's high standards for customer satisfaction.

"We are pleased that we have made this tremendous achievement," Greg Bruner, Bruner Toyota President and Owner said. "All of our associates are to be congratulated on accomplishing this award that very few Toyota dealerships have done." Greg Bruner is pictured above receiving the award presented by Gulf States Toyota, Inc. Area General Manager Dale Hall.

Dealerships must qualify for the President's award by excelling in different categories including customer sales satisfaction and customer service satisfaction. Bruner Toyota met all of the requirements for the award this year.

"If the dealership doesn't meet the stringent requirements, they are not eligible for the award. I am very proud of everyone at Bruner Toyota because their efforts in all departments won us this award," said Bruner. "The best analogy I can give is that it's kind of like we won the state championship. It takes a whole lot of time and preparation to get to that point, but you can't do it unless you have a team."

Scott Pruett, Bruner Toyota Sales Manager stated that Bruner will receive recognition in Automotive News and will proudly display the award at the Brownwood Toyota dealership.

"Bruner Toyota will receive recognition at all dealer events and national recognition in Automotive News. The President's Award Tiffany Crystal trophy will be located at the dealership at 301 East Commerce in Brownwood, Texas," said Pruett.

"We are very excited to have won this award," Bob Warner, Bruner Service Director said. "It is a great honor and required a tremendous amount of work and Toyota Certified Training."

Greg Bruner also stated that winning this award was a goal for the Brownwood dealership which was made as the Bruner's purchased the business several years ago.

"When we bought the dealership in 2007, this was one of our goals that we put into place, that we were going to achieve the President's Award," said Bruner.   He explained that the dealership narrowly missed receiving the award for 2010, but worked hard to identify how they could achieve it in 2011, which they proudly accomplished.

"We are honored to have received this prestigious award," said Bruner.  "We would like to thank our customers for recognizing our team's effort in providing a pleasant sales and service experience."

A new Bruner Toyota facility on 12+ acres is currently under construction. "This state of the art facility has been designed for the customer's convenience from the ground up," said Jim Stanley, General Manager of Bruner Toyota.

Bruner Toyota has been a responsible corporate citizen in the Big Country area. They have been a supporter of many non-profit organizations such as Project Graduation, Relay for Life, Big Brothers Big Sisters, United Way, Boys and Girls Club, Good Samaritan Ministries, Lyric Performing Arts Council, Brownwood Fire Fighters Association, Early Volunteer Fire Department and a proud member of the Brownwood and Early Chamber of Commerce as well as supported many other causes and organizations.
