Texas Roadhouse Shares Grilling Tips For Father's Day

Kitchen Manager, John Niblett, says, "It's getting that grill hot. That's the key, getting the grill hot. Getting that one minute sear. Usually if you have a grill you have that little sear plate on the side. If you can't sear it put a little margarine on there and out it on there for a minute on each side. Season like you like it and put it on the grill."
Marketing Director, Mandi Holt, adds, "We are right in the middle of our Rib Fest promotion. It is really a promotion where we want to educate our guest and our staff on those three day ribs. We are giving away a stainless steel gas grill from June the six through the twenty sixth. Be sure to stop by and sign up."
