Greyhound Relocating in Abilene

On Tuesday, June 19, Greyhound will begin operations from its new location in Abilene, Texas. The agency will be held at the Alon/7- Eleven convenience store, 1657 State Highway 351. Buses will operate daily from this location between 12 a.m. - 4 a.m., 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. - 11:59 p.m.

The agency will provide food service, ticketing and Greyhound Package Express (GPX) service. GPX is Greyhound's package shipping service, which provides passengers affordable prices and flexible shipping times throughout the year.

"We are pleased to begin operations from this location," said Robert Hawkins, area sales manager, Greyhound Lines, Inc. "Our goal when choosing the new agency was to provide our passengers with a convenient location that would allow them to continue utilizing Greyhound services. We look forward to beginning operations from this new agency and continuing to provide our customers in Abilene with safe and affordable travel services."

From this location, Greyhound will operate 10 daily schedules traveling to some of the area's most popular destinations, including Dallas, El Paso and Midland, Texas. For Greyhound ticket or GPX information in Abilene, call 325-677-8127.
