People bustling around downtown Abilene which is decorated with statues of Dr. Seuss' famous characters. The festival also brings Dr. Seuss-themed activities for the whole family. Local businesses and artists took part in the festival to show off their goods with a Dr. Seuss twist.

The festival continues tomorrow in downtown Abilene.
