Dr. Seuss Takes over Downtown

Downtown Abilene was the scene of many Dr. Seuss characters today. The children's Art and Literacy Festival is in full swing, with Dr. Seuss statues and activities all day. The street fair also included presentations of nine Dr. Seuss books and viewing of original art work by Dr. Seuss.
