A San Antonio, Texas mother is furious after a teacher instructed classmates to line up and hit her 6-year-old son.

Amy Neely says her son's kindergarten teacher at Salinas Elementary School publicly accused him of being a bully.

Things got physical when the teacher then allegedly instructed fellow students to bully him physically in return.

"There were 24 kids in that classroom and they hit him twice," Neely claims.

According to Neely, her son is not a bully but just a kid cutting in line.

She says her son was sent to another classroom and that's where Neely says students were told to hit him in order to "teach him a lesson."

"He was hit in the face, in the head and in the back," Nelly says.

Although the 6-year-old wasn't seriously injured, his mother says her son has suffered emotional trauma.

Judson ISD police have filed charges of official oppression against the two teachers involved and the Bexar County District Attorney's Office is now investigating the case.
