New Details Surfacing About Body Found in Albany

Authorities have identified the man who was found dead in Albany early Sunday morning.
The Texas Department of Public Safety reports the body was that of 36-year-old Anthony Gargus.
Investigators say Gargus and 24-year-old Michael Green had an argument on property owned by Green's family.
Gargus reportedly became unresponsive as the argument became physical.
First aid was attempted and an ambulance was called, but Gargus was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was taken to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's office for an autopsy, the results of which are pending.
The Texas Rangers are now assisting in the investigation, and DPS says Green is cooperating with authorities.
