"It means so much to know that were not alone," said Julie Petree, whose father was the victim of a hit and run vehicle accident.
These siblings do their best to stay strong for their father Mitch Riffle as he remains in a coma after a terrible car accident, but it hasn't been easy.
"It's been real hard today especially because we've been going to work for so long together and to start back up without him, today was really hard on me," said Joshua Petree.
Doctors say he'll never be the same, but that hasn't stopped them from giving up.
"Anytime he moves I'm just filled with joy. It makes me so happy, it gives me more hope," said Jessica Riffle.
The family now knows they have an entire community to lean on.
Prayers are lifted not just for their father who remains in the hospital, but for the driver who put him there.
"That God would convict them that they would just come forward and take responsibility for what they've done," said Donnie Rey, an Eastland pastor.
This may be the biggest challenge the Riffle family has had to face, and they're holding on as tightly as they can to their faith to help them get through.
"I wore this necklace ever since it happened. It says 'faith' on it. And every time I get doubtful or I get down or I see that he's not responding, I just think about it and think, 'I've got to pray, I've got to pray,'" said Julie Petree.
