Extreme Heat Could Have Affect on Your Car

The extreme heat can have a huge impact on your health and even your pet, but the scorching weather can also seriously affect your car.

From zapping the car battery to quickly diminishing fluids and expanding tire pressure, safety concerns arise when vehicles have to work harder in the heat.

Mechanics say these issues occur because often times warning signs go untreated, and that monitoring the temperature gauge is important. Experts say if your temperature gauge goes into the red, pull over and let your car cool off completely.
