By: Snyder Daily News
Updated: June 29, 2012
Texas Savings Bank will soon have new owners, once a sale to Comanche National Bank is completed.

In paperwork filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in Dallas, Comanche National Bank would buy the Snyder bank including its property here, automated teller machines, certain contracts and leases for personal property and certain loans, as well as assume responsibility for certain deposits.

According to the filing, the Snyder location will be known as the First National Bank of Snyder and operate as a branch of Comanche National Bank.

In January, Texas Savings Bank announced it was selling its Liberty Hill location to Classic Bank of Cameron.

Comanche National Bank currently has locations in Comanche, Santo, Palo Pinto, Mingus, Millsap and Weatherford.
