The Jones County District Attorney says autopsy results from a death investigation in Albany will not be released before the case goes in front of a grand jury.

Investigators say 36-year-old Anthony Gargus was killed when he and 24-year-old Michael Green got into a fight at the Albany Village apartments last month.

Gargus reportedly became unresponsive and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Texas Rangers are now leading the investigation, and say no weapons were involved.
