Alyssa's 4th Of July Treats
By: Alex Hayes
Updated: July 2, 2012
"These are perfect for those hot conditions," Alyssa explains, "and around July, August, and really anytime you want."
The first thing you'll need is a mix of small frozen fruits, like strawberries, blueberries, and anything else you'd like to add. Second, combine soy milk (or whole milk as a substitute), a small dose of honey, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
Use standard Popsicle holders as a mold, and drop as many different kind of fruit into each container, then pour the milk, honey, and vanilla mixture to fill up the remaining spaces. Lastly, pop them into the freezer and get ready to enjoy!
