Happy Fourth of July! Temperatures heat up this afternoon with some breezy winds, but a great evening forecast.

Today, temperatures will reach into the mid 90's all across the region with winds coming out of the south at 10-20mph. For those heading out to see the fireworks this evening, temperatures will be sitting around the upper 80's by 10pm and will drop only into the mid 70's overnight. There will be a slight breeze this evening as well, out of the SSE 10-15mph and gusting up to 25mph.

For the rest of the week, mostly sunny skies and highs ranging from the mid to upper 90's will be dominating the forecast. Rain chances and slightly cooler temperatures make way for some relief by the start of next week.
