Hello, Big Country folks! I hope you are enjoying the holiday everyone!  By mid evening skies will be mostly clear with temperatures in the 80s.

Over the next few days afternoon highs will run a little above average. ...Regarding any rain chances, well, we seem to have a good indication of some rain in the area early next week. How much rain and how widespread any rains will be is a little to difficult to say at this time.

Tonight: Mostly clear skies. Lows near 74.

Thursday: Mostly sunny and hot. Highs near 96.

Friday: Mostly Sunny. Highs near 98.

Saturday: Partly sunny skies. Highs near 98.

Sunday: Partly sunny and a 10% coverage of rainstorms. Highs near 97.

Monday: Partly sunny and a 20% coverage of showers and storms. Slightly cooler air. Highs near 93.
