Rebecca Buckner says her job as an office manager is filled with stress and payroll deadlines.
"After I do payroll on Monday, I come sit in here and it's really really relaxing, it takes away all of my stress."

It's the relaxing noise that she enjoys hearing twice a week. Buckner is surrounded with music, cool air and number of salt crystal lamps.

She says it clears her mind. In fact, she says it clears up everything.

"It clears your sinus if your congested, it feels like it clears everything up."

A microbiologist at the University of California conducted a study that determined salt crystal lamps increase the negative ions in the air. The study shows negative ions could kill bacteria in the air which enhances the immune system or increases the level of serotonin in the bloodstream.
