Trial Underway for Sweetwater Man Accused of Indecency with Child

A trial began on Tuesday in the 32nd Judicial District
Court against Larry Clarence Staton.
Staton has been charged with indecency with a child by contact, a second-degree felony, and indecency with a child by exposure, a third-degree felony.
The indictment states that the offenses occurred on Sept. 1, 2010 to a child younger than 17 years of age.
