A man who robbed the GameStop in Abilene a couple days before Christmas was indicted on robbery charges.

Tommy Sorrels, 36, was taken into custody a few weeks after he was accused of going into the game store, pulling a gun and walking out with the merchandise he brought to the counter.

Police say they found the gun used in the robbery after Sorrels was apprehended.

A Taylor County Grand Jury determined that there was enough evidence for Sorrels to go to trial.
