A spotty shower is not out of the question this evening, however, most of us will stay dry. Evening temperatures will fall from the 90s into the 80s under partly cloudy skies. More heat is expected tomorrow into the weekend. A slight chance of rain is now in the forecast for Sunday as a system will try to work in from the east.

The latest KRBC Weather Lab forecast...

Tonight: A spot evening shower is possible yet unlikely... then partly cloudy skies become mostly clear with lows in the upper 60s and low 70s.

Friday: Mostly sunny and hot with highs near 98.

Saturday: Mostly sunny and highs in the middle 90s.

Sunday: Partly sunny and a 20% coverage of showers or storms with highs in the mid 90s again.
