The Flipping Egg Makes It's Grand Opening This Week

It doesn't matter what time of day it is pancakes, bacon, and eggs, are
the perfect combo for anytime of the day and if you're a breakfast
lover, there is a new restaurant opening in Abilene this week that
caters just to you.
Owner Tammy Reese says, "We specialize in lunch with soups, salads, and sandwiches and all kinds of stuff and then we will have a daily special to give out everyday instead of just breakfast."
She adds, "My pancakes have flavor for one. They are not just your ordinary add the water to your mix pancake. We have the multi-grain, the buttermilk and the sweet cream, which is my favorite. We have sweet potato pancakes that we serve all year round...and then we also offer the gluten free pancake."

Fri. to Sun: 6:00a.m. to 2:30p.m.
