While federal officials are not releasing any information, Abilene Police did confirm to this morning that they were at the home of the man on Sunday, assisting federal agents.
According to the Jones County tax appraisal office, Abilene resident James Lynn Jones is the business account holder behind the game room, raided Sunday by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
He was the owner of one of ten other business that were shut down back in 2007 after Abilene Police performed a similar raid.
Jones was charged with possession of a gambling device, but thanks to a plea deal, Jones and the others involved were put on probation for one year.
At that time Jones apparently had about 15 thousand dollars and over 126 gaming devices seized.
No warrant has been filed for Jones arrest in Taylor or Jones County.
He has not yet been charged with any crimes related to the Lot 'O Games raid.
