Roscoe ISD Employee Pleads Guilty to Sexual Assault

A Roscoe Independent School District employee pleaded guilty to second-degree sexual assault on Tuesday.

Felix Abrigo, who served as a custodian and bus driver at RISD, was sentenced to 10 years of community supervision and will have to register as a sex offender for the alleged incident that occurred June 12, 2011.

He will also have to pay a $5,000 fine, $743 in court costs and serve 240 hours of community service.

School authorities were not available for comment.
