A New Pretzel Shop Opens Up At The Mall Of Abilene

From their nationally renowned pretzels, to their delicious smoothies and dipping sauces, over the past two decades the PretzelMaker has perfected their recipe for delicious mall time snacks. We sat down with the owner to get a better idea of just what to expect with the mall's newest pretzel shop.
Jessica Johnson says, "The most special part of it is that we make our dough fresh every day in the store. It's not a frozen product. Everything is held in our unit for an hour and then it's discarded if we haven't sold it so you are getting the freshest product possible."
When we asked Owner Archie Willliams what made them stand out he said, " I think it is our product. I think it is our pretzel bites. We sell a lot of pretzel bites."
