Local Community Hosts Resident Appreciation Block Party

Hundreds of residents from a local community spent part of their Saturday afternoon celebrating with their neighbors.

Quail Hollow Family Housing hosted their 8th Annual Resident Appreciation Block Party Saturday afternoon in Abilene. Residents enjoyed live music, water slides and burgers from Steak Express. Quail Hollow is dominantly military housing with 70% of their residents active and retired military.

Quail Hollow Family Housing hosted the block party to say thanks to the residents, military members and their families for making it their home.
