A teenager has been arrested after driving a stolen car off the road.
After taking his cousin's car without permission, 18 year old James Fierro was seen driving North on the Winters Freeway before veering off the road near the North First exit.
A witness says Fierro got out of the car and asked for a ride, but left abruptly, running accross the highway and over the median.
He was found by APD at the 5000 block of South 7th street and was arrested.
