Increasing clouds this afternoon will help keep most areas right below the triple digit mark, but still hot temperatures expected near the upper 90's all around. Winds will continue flowing out of the south at 15-20 mph. By later this afternoon, we could be welcoming some showers and storms into the area, with a few of them expected to stick around through the evening.

Showers and storms are once again likely for Friday with highs in the upper 90's. By the weekend, mostly sunny skies and triple digit heat returns back into the forecast.
