Premier Martial Arts Hosts Belt Training Summer Camp

James Cox, owner of Premier Martial Arts expects between 30 to 40 participants will show up for the week long camp, which focuses on Mixed Martial Arts.
"We're going to learn the best of self defense from a variety of styles," explains Cox. "What's most important to me is that we can instill some of those positive life skills with everything."
The camp is open for people between the ages of 5 to 17, from beginners to those who want to improve on skills they already have. Cox says a few of his advanced students will also be on hand to help out beginners.
In all, participants will gain over 25 hours of training by the end of the week.
"It's really about the three 'E's," explains Cox. "We want to entertain, educate, and empower. We want to have fun and play some games, but we also want to empower them with all the positive things we can instill."
