Partly cloudy skies and hot, drier air pushing through will make way for  isolated storm chances for Friday afternoon at 20%. Otherwise, highs in the upper 90's across the area will be the main story, with winds remaining relatively calm out of the southeat at 5-10 mph. Overnight lows will stay rather mild in the mid 70's Friday night, as well as during the evenings throughout the weekend.

By the weekend, mostly sunny skies will dominate...as well as the return of that triple digit heat. Hot and dry conditions with minimal rain chances will stick around all the way through next week.
