Family and friends of Cheri Cisneros have come together to host a yard sale, benefiting Cheri's surgery.
The sale wrapped up this weekend and family members tell us they're happy with the turnout, and the funds they were able to raise for the cause.
"We've got a lot of cash donations, and it's just been a really good day with it.", says Christina Vaughn, daughter of Cisneros.
"We've had people even buy stuff and just tell us to keep the change. Everybody's that come out, it's just wonderful. It's amazing and the prayers", says Cisneros.
All of the leftover yard sale items will be donated to other local charities. Cheri is hoping to schedule the double lung transplant in the next few months.
