Jewelry Worth Thousands Stolen from Abilene Home

Thousands of dollars worth of jewelry and guns were stolen from a south Abilene home Saturday.. 

According to a police report, it happened when the residents were out of town and the break in was reported by family members.
   
Thieves stole several guns, a $25,000 watch, a diamond wedding ring worth $35,000 and cash from the home in the 1700 block of River Oaks road.
   
At this time, there is no information on a suspect.
