Near record heat will be possible across the region today, with sunny and hot conditions to continue for the next several days.

Expect highs between 100-105 through the week and into the weekend as high pressure continues to dominate the weather pattern.

We'll see overnight lows in the mid to upper 70s.

There are currently no real shifts in the weather pattern.

A few more clouds are possible as high pressure backs off to the North by the end of the weekend, bringing temperatures back to near 100.
