It's one of Abilene's best spots for live music, good food, and even better coffee. For almost two decades Mezamiz has provided customers with smooth relaxing sounds by local artists not to mention great food no matter what time of day. We sat down with the owner to find out more about the famous coffee shop.

Nancy Deegan says, "We serve from eight in the morning until ten thirty at night and midnight on Friday and Saturday nights."

She adds, "We have all kinds of bands, not heavy rock you know just coffee music. We have a great success at that. We use all local musicians and it's just fun to sit out here in the courtyard."
