People with swimming pools should be aware that the extreme heat we are experiencing can take a toll on your pool.
We spoke with pool and spa experts today who told us how to make sure your pool stays clean and safe as temperatures rise.
They say to make sure to continually check stabilizer levels as the heat combined with dust blowing in the pool is a feeding ground for algae.
Experts also say additional chlorine and shock tablets may also be necessary, as UV rays soak up these chemicals.
