An arrest has been made in a robbery of the Blue Taco on Buffalo Gap road last April.

Phillip Michael Lopez was arrested in Flagstaff, Arizona this week.

Lopez is charged with aggravated robbery and is in jail on a $250,000 bond.

According to court documents, Lopez talked about robbing the Blue Taco with his girlfriend who was the night manager at the restaurant a few nights before the robbery took place.

Lopez came in, showed a gun and left the scene with two bank bags full of money.

He was identified because one of the customers inside while the place was being robbed wrote down his New Mexico license plate.
